COLLI EUGANEI DOC
A vine variety that originates from Gironda, finding the Colli Euganei a particularly suitable climate. The name derives from its intense colour, as the feathers of the blackbird. Its fruit full-bodied and with an early bloom, gifts us a rich ruby-red colour, a characteristic scent, palatable, delicately herbaceous, with a hint of blueberry and raspberry. It has a pleasant taste, smooth, slightly intense.
It is served at 18°C. Combines well with both red and white roasts, savoury vegetables, stewed meat, pasta with beans (pasta e fagioli).
