VENETO IGT
MOSCATO SECCO
Castearo
The “Castearo” is a typical example of the Muscat wine. Originally from Greece, it belongs to the great family of Muscat and in the Colli Euganei it has preserved its true identity. A wine that has an aromatic scent yet a dry taste. With its straw yellow colour and green hues, it welcomes us with freshness, youthful. It has a fragrant impact, distinctive and clean so characteristic of Muscat yet without depriving it of its eloquent properties of fragrant herbs, exotic fruit, citrus, fine spices, William pears. A slightly rounded finale of freshness with a dry undertone, vegetal, refreshing.
Servet at 10° C, it is an exquisite aperitif with antipastos, light first courses, risotto and pasta with vegetables, fried food and all fish.
