COLLI EUGANEI DOC
PINOT BIANCO

Marani

This grape variety is a genetic mutation of Pino Nero. Its origins are ancient and aristocratic. Very popular in France (Burgundy), where it is believed to have originated, it has been long confused with Chardonnay with whom it shares similar characteristics. Our terroir predetermines the pale yellow colour of this wine with its fruity and floral aromas which hint of yellow apples, banana, green peppers, almonds, citrus and aromatic herbs. Savoury, balanced, full bodied, lingering flavour.
To be served at 10 ° with antipastos, vegetable dishes, risotto, all types of fish, eggs and mildly ripened cheese.
