COLLI EUGANEI DOC
Chardonnay is a cosmopolitan vine variety originating in Burgundy and having the quality of being able to adapt itself to different types of terrain and climate. Grapes ripen in terraced vineyards, well ventilated with a good temperature range. The harvesting is done by hand. The wine rests for at least two years in barrels before bottling. An intense yellow colour with golden reflections, a floral fragrance, fruity with a hint of honey and vanilla. To taste, it is dry, smooth, warm, intense and elegant with an aftertaste that is long and lingering.
Served at 12° C, accompany with fish dishes or white meat, baccalà (dried salted cod), semi-aged cheese. Also excellent with meat tartare.

We have renovated and restored an ancient 1870 country home, a “rustica”, to its earlier splendor, giving much attention to every detail in order to offer the most comforting and welcoming place for you to taste our wines. It also includes a subterranean cellar where our wines rest and age before bottling.
The tasting room and wine cellar are only open to groups and by reservation.
The wine shop is always open.
