Every bottle is entirely the fruit of our labour, from the care of the grapevines, to the choice of the grapes, from the harvesting to the wine-making, aging and bottling.
Raffaele is in charge of the production of wine with the aid of Gabriele, who also manages the cellar. When it is time to create blends or to decide the right moment to bottle the wine, we all meet together with our enologist.
After listening to different points of view and reaching an agreement, we create the wine of tomorrow that will speak for us. The labels that we are most attached to are the ones we had the most discussion about: wine is alive and can only transmit life.
We regret having to place wine into different categories because each one has its own uniqueness: a table wine having no less value than a reserve.

We have renovated and restored an ancient 1870 country home, a “rustica”, to its earlier splendor, giving much attention to every detail in order to offer the most comforting and welcoming place for you to taste our wines. It also includes a subterranean cellar where our wines rest and age before bottling.
The tasting room and wine cellar are only open to groups and by reservation.
