Borgomoro
This vine, originally from Bordeaux, has been in the Colli Euganei since 1870. Its long adaptation to our hills’ climate and terrain gives this wine a unique, singular expression. A still wine, deep ruby-red colour with violet hues, has a strong bouquet with an intense fragrance of red fruit, such as red currents and blackberries, along with a delicate nuance of spices. A strong flavour, smooth, slightly tannic taste, full-bodied, aromatic.
Excellent its mariage, served at 18° C, with fine poultry, grilled meat, roasts and with mildly aged cheese.

We have renovated and restored an ancient 1870 country home, a “rustica”, to its earlier splendor, giving much attention to every detail in order to offer the most comforting and welcoming place for you to taste our wines. It also includes a subterranean cellar where our wines rest and age before bottling.
The tasting room and wine cellar are only open to groups and by reservation.
The wine shop is always open.
